Return Policy (Store Credit Only) 

We get it! It sucks purchasing an item that just doesn’t work. We are fully aware of this and therefore created a 14 day return policy for US customers and a 28 day policy for our international customers. Customers can cancel orders 24 hours after purchase.

All returns must be postmark within 14 days (U.S.) or 28 days (international) from your receipt of order. Please include your completed return slip with your return. All returns will be issued as a STORE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS.

All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION! This means: unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached. Any returns received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, baby food, tire marks or displays evidence of a fun night out will be refused and returned to the customer. Please note: all customers will be charged the shipping fee for the returned item using the original form of payment.

Shipment costs are non-refundable and customers must cover all postage costs for returns.

Each items are carefully checked for defects; If for any reason you have received a faulty item please notify us within 2 days of received merchandise at hello@openprofile.us
